#HtFMeUs HMD2024
Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD), held on the 27th January each year, is an international day to remember the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust, millions of others killed under Nazi persecution and those who were killed in subsequent genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.
The theme for Holocaust Memorial Day 2024 is Fragility of Freedom.

We challenged participating #HtFMeUs schools to create a piece of art work in any chosen medium, in response to the theme created by UCL Centre for Holocaust Education - 'Fragments' - which has been based on this year's HMD theme - 'Fragility of Freedom'. We are delighted that so many young people used their creative talents and skills; a selection of their work feature in this short film here.
